How does my purchase support schools?
You will be asked to provide a school number so that Innisbrook can credit the school with a contribution of 40% of your total product cost (excluding tax and freight).

Where do I credit the school and student with my purchase?
Prior to shopping, you will be asked for the school number and the registration number for each student you are supporting.

What is “Student Prize Credit”?
Most schools choose to offer students prizes as fundraising incentives. Students participating in their school’s fundraising program are eligible to receive credit toward prizes for each item they sell (one item sold equals one credit). Items purchased through the Innisbrook Online Store may be assigned to a student if the student has registered online. After registering, the student gets a unique registration number, which is necessary in order to award prize credits.

How do I assign “Student Prize Credit”?
Prior to shopping at the Innisbrook Online Store, you will be asked to enter the student’s unique registration number. If there is only one student, all prize credits will be awarded to that student. If there are multiple students, you must enter all registrations numbers. At checkout, you will have an opportunity to assign prize credits to each student. 1. FIRST INITIAL & LAST NAME of the student
2. The student’s current GRADE
3. The number of credits you wish to assign to this student * The TOTAL number of credits that you can assign is listed at the top of the box (TOTAL=).


Student Prize Credit Assignments

In the example above, eight (8) credits were assigned to three students. Using the name and grade information supplied, we will issue prize credits to the students per your request. They can use these credits toward their prize for participating in their school’s fundraising program. If you have additional questions or need further assistance, please contact our Customer Service Department.

How do I know the school number?
If you are a parent participating in the fundraiser, the school number should be listed on your instruction letter; if it is not, call your school or the fundraising chairperson, who will be able to provide the number. If you are ordering on behalf of a child, you should be able to obtain the school number from the child’s family.

Does my child get credit for orders placed at the Innisbrook Online Store?
Your child does get credit for products purchased at the Innisbrook store during the school’s sale as long as the child is registered. It is mandatory that your child’s unique student registration number be entered when orders are placed to receive prize credits.

How do I know how many items have been ordered on my child’s behalf so he/she can choose the correct prize?
Once you register your child and set up a user name and password, you can return to the Innisbrook website and select EZ from the homepage. Select Return Visitor to Log in. Then, select View Prize Credits from the EZ Menu to view the total prize credits earned.

The school’s sale is over, but I'd like to buy more gift wrap. How can I do that? Innisbrook’s website credits schools for purchases regardless of when they are placed. Just enter your school number or information when prompted, and they'll receive credit for your purchase.

How can my school sign up to use Innisbrook as their fundraiser?
Please call our Customer Service Department at 1-877-525-5608 between the hours of 8:30 am to 7:00 pm Monday thru Thursday or 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Friday, Eastern Time or, if you prefer, send an e-mail to sales@innisbrook.com. In your e-mail include your name, address and phone number so we can have your local Fundraising Consultant contact you.

Do the products ship to me or to the school?
Products ship directly to the customer (You can change the shipping address if you want to send it to someone else). When Innisbrook ships your order, we will e-mail you a shipping notification with a link to track your order. There is a shipping and handling fee for this convenience.

When will I begin to receive my magazine subscription?
Innisbrook offers magazine subscriptions available through Time, Inc. After placing an order for a magazine subscription, you will receive a voucher from Innisbrook that includes simple instructions to activate your subscription directly with Time Inc. Activation can be done through their website, the mail, or a toll-free number.
