As part of the fundraising program, we will need your child�s name and grade to award prize credits for all orders placed online. When registering your child, we will give you an opportunity to enter email addresses of family members and friends who would like to receive an email containing a link to our website. You can preview the email and send it yourself or we will gladly send it for you.

Your school�s chairperson for the fundraising committee will have the ability to access a list of students who earned prize credits through Innisbrook.com orders. The area from which this information is retrieved is password-protected. The list contains students� first and last names, the total amount of items purchased on each student�s behalf and the prize credits earned.

This information as well as all other information collected will not be shared to any third parties except under the circumstances outlined below.

Disclosure of Information

We will NOT disclose your personal information except under the following circumstances:

If required by law or legal process.
If deemed necessary by us in order to protect the property and personal safety of us, visitors to our site and third parties.
To third parties assisting us in processing services requested by you and billing and collection purposes.

By using our web site and providing us with information, you are consenting to our collection and use of your information described above. You may request to have all of your and your child�s information collected and removed from our database by contacting our customer service department at 1-877-525-5608. We will remove your information in a timely manner, unless we are prohibited by law from doing so.
