Once you have entered your order you will be notified immediately (on-line) if you are a winner. To enter without placing an order write your name, address and phone number on a 3”x5” paper and mail it to Innisbrook Wraps 2011 EZ Order Entry Game P.O. Box 8600 Westport, CT 06888. Game ends on 12/31/11 at 5:00 p.m. EST. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by 12/31/11 and received by 1/7/11. Sponsor not responsible for illegible, late, lost or misdirected or postage due entries. Entries become property of Sponsor and will not be returned. You may participate by placing an on-line order or by mail-in but not both ways. Mail-in participation is limited to one entry per person/household. Anyone submitting more than one mail-in entry will be disqualified.

ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal residents of the 50 U.S. States/District of Columbia and Canada (void in the Province of Quebec) who are 13 years of age or older as of 7/1/11. Employees of Innisbrook Wraps, related and affiliated companies, suppliers and agencies (and their immediate families or persons who reside in the same household) are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

PRIZES: 43 prizes are available to be won. Overall odds of winning 1:46,512.

Taxes on prize and any expenses not stated are the sole responsibility of the winner. In the event a prize should not be available for any reason Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value including a cash alternative for any prize. All First, Second and Third instant-win on-line prizes will be shipped with products ordered. Potential Grand Prize winner (and, if a minor, his/her parent or legal guardian) will be notified via overnight mail and will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and where legal, a Publicity Release within fourteen (14) days of date of issuance.

WINNERS: Instant-win winners will be randomly pre-programmed into the total expected number of expected on-line orders. Pre-programmed instant winners will be notified immediately, on-line. Potential Canadian winners must answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question prior to being confirmed as a winner. Winners will also be allocated to the expected number of mail-in entries in proportion to the total expected number of participants. Mail-in winners will be randomly selected by PMC, an independent judging organization, on or about 1/18/12. Mail-in winners will be notified by mail. If winner is not of the age of majority in state of residence (a "minor"), prize will be awarded to winner's parent or legal guardian. Prizes may not be substituted, transferred or exchanged except at the sole discretion of the sponsor.

GENERAL: Participant agrees: (a) to these Official Rules and decisions of PMC and Sponsor which decisions shall be final and binding; (b) that Sponsor and PMC, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents shall not be liable or responsible for any claim, injury or damage to person, including death, or property due in whole or in part from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, or participation in this game; and (c) by acceptance of prize, winners agree to allow use by Sponsor of his/her name, city, photograph or likeness for advertising and trade purposes without additional compensation and, upon request, will provide consent to such use in writing. Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for errors in any game material or for any computer, software, or electronic defect, error or failure relative to any aspect of the game. If, for any reason, the game cannot be completed as planned, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this game. Notice of cancellation, termination or modification will be posted at www.innisbrook.com.
