| What are the advantages of registering with Innisbrook.com? | ||
| By becoming a registered customer you have the ability to easily track the status of your orders by simply logging on to our web site. Your future orders are much simpler since the amount of information that you are required to enter at checkout is greatly reduced. We will not bombard you with e-mail, since you determine the amount of contact during registration. | ||
| What do you do with the information when I register? | ||
| By registering, we are able to confirm when your order has been received and shipped. We can also contact you if we have questions about your order. We NEVER sell any information to outside agencies. | ||
| If I register, how much e-mail can I expect to receive? | ||
| You set the level of e-mail contact at the time of registration. Our goal is to provide information of interest to our customers about special programs, products and "how to" features. There are three levels of contact from which to choose. The contact level may vary slightly, but this will give you some idea of the frequency: NORMAL - once every 1-3 months on average RESTRICTED - once every 3-12 months on average NEVER - you will only be contacted to supply information about your active order | ||

| If you registered when placing your order, click order tracking on the home page and proceed to log in. You will need your order number. The order status, including shipment tracking, is fully automated and available. If you did not register but provided us your email address at the time of purchase, we can send you an order status via email upon request. | ||

| At this time, Innisbrook can ship orders to the 48 continental United States, plus Alaska and Hawaii (We do not ship to APO/FPO and P.O. Box addresses or international addresses). |

| When should I expect to receive my order? | ||
| Most orders are processed within 7 days of receipt (processing time does not include weekend days). Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). See the shipping information page for specific transit time to your area. |

| Can I order chocolate online? | ||
Chocolate will be available on the web site several months of the year. To ensure the product arrives in good condition, orders containing "temperature-sensitive" items will ship as the temperature permits. These orders will normally ship after November 1st. If your order contains both temperature-sensitive and regular products, the entire order will ship at the same time. Your credit card will be billed at time of shipment. ![]() |

| You will be asked to provide a school number so that Innisbrook can credit the school with a contribution of up to 50% of your total purchase cost. | ||
| Where do I credit the school and student with my purchase? | ||
| Prior to shopping, you will be asked for the school number and the registration number for each student you are supporting. | ||
| What is "Seller Prize Credit"? | ||
| Most schools choose to offer students prizes as fundraising incentives. Students participating in their school’s fundraising program are eligible to receive credit toward prizes for each item they sell (one item sold equals one credit). Items purchased through the Innisbrook.com web site may be assigned to a student if the student has registered on Innisbrook.com. After registering, the student gets a unique registration number, which is necessary in order to award prize credits. |

| How do I assign "Seller Prize Credit"? | ||
Prior to shopping, you will be asked to enter the seller’s unique registration number. If there is only one seller, all prize credits will be awarded to that seller. If there are multiple sellers, you must enter all registrations numbers. At checkout, you will have an opportunity to assign prize credits to each seller.
* The TOTAL number of credits that you can assign is listed at the top of the box (TOTAL=).
In the example above, eight (8) credits were assigned to three students. Using the name and grade information supplied, we will issue prize credits to the students per your request. They can use these credits toward their prize for participating in their school's fundraising program. | How do I know the school number? | ||
| If you are a parent participating in the fundraiser, the school number should be listed on your instruction letter. If it is not there, you can call your school or the fundraising chairperson, who will be able to provide the number. If you are ordering on behalf of a child, you should be able to obtain the school number from the child's family. A search function is provided on the web site at checkout to assist in identifying the school when the purchaser does not have the school number. | ||

| Does my child get credit for orders placed online? | ||
| Your child does get credit for products purchased online during the school’s sale as long as the child is registered on Innisbrook.com. It is mandatory that your child’s unique seller registration number be entered when orders are placed to receive online order prize credits. When you submit your order form to the school, only include products that are sold in the traditional method (i.e. your family’s order, your neighbors’ orders or those from a workplace.), but your child should choose his/her “Thank You” gift based on the total amount of products sold both online and traditionally. | ||

| Eliminate the need to search all over town for the school supplies required by the teacher. If your school participates in the Innisbrook "Back-to-School Pack " program, we have the list of school supplies the teachers have specified for each grade. To order the "Back-to-School Pack " (school supplies specified by your school/teacher), simply enter your school number (or name) and select the grade/teacher from the list of packs available. These products will ship directly to your door. |

| The "Standard Grade Pack" is loaded with the proper school supplies needed for the specified grade. These are products that are most often ordered for each grade in our "Back-to-School Pack " program. To order, simply select the Standard Grade Pack option and enter your child's grade. The pack will be delivered directly to you. |
