24/7. You can order products online anytime, day or night, weekends or holidays, all year long.
How can I check the status of my order?
Once Innisbrook ships your order, we will e-mail you a shipping notification with a link to track your order.
What forms of payment are accepted?
We currently accept the following major credit cards for payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card.
Is it safe to provide credit card information on your site?
Innisbrook takes every possible step to ensure your privacy and protect your credit information. All credit card information is transmitted via a secure website. Your credit card is billed at the time you place an order. We do not store your credit card information. Please read our security statment.
Can I order over the phone?
Yes, please call 1-877-525-5608 between the hours of 8:30 am to 7:00 pm Monday through Thursday or 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Friday Eastern Time to place your order by phone.
Can you ship internationally?
At this time, Innisbrook can ship orders to the 48 continental United States, plus Alaska and Hawaii We do not ship to APO/FPO and P.O. Box addresses or international addresses).
When should I expect to receive my order?
Most orders are processed within 7 days of receipt (processing time does not include weekend days). Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). See the shipping information page for specific transit time to your area.
Can I order chocolate online?
Chocolate will be available on the website several months of the year. To ensure the product arrives
in good condition, orders containing “temperature-sensitive” items will ship as the temperature permits.
These orders will normally ship after November 1st. If your order contains both temperature-sensitive
and regular products, the entire order will ship at the same time. Your credit card will be billed when you place your order.
How do I return a product?
If for any reason your are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our Customer Service
Department by phone or e-mail.
Why do I pay sales tax?
We are required by law to collect sales tax on all orders. If you have other questions regarding sales tax,
please feel free to contact us.
